My blood was in Texas before Texas was called Texas. On my father’s side, we’ve been in the area for hundreds of years. So when one of the state’s oldest newspapers asked me to help them reinvent how they saw themselves, it felt like a natural fit. We rebranded their entire company and sent a letter to all 1.529 million resident’s doorsteps, reminding them who we were, are, and will continue to be.
